Weapons Bag

I’ve owned the large version for roughly 7 years. It holds all of my sparring gear, an assortment of weapons, a judo gi and and a fresh set of clothes for after class. The bag can get heavy and has held up well but now the zippers are becoming damaged and tearing at the seam. I considered purchasing a different bag but I have decided to purchase the same bag again. My son has the same style and age and his is in good condition but he doesn’t drag everything to class as frequently.

I have had the large bag for six months, and my wife has had the small bag for six months. The large bag carries a lot of weight with all of mine and my kids' weapons, plus sparring gear, water bottles, first aid kit, and miscellaneous gear. We abuse it and it takes the abuse. We've never used the exterior bo strap, which is what I think most people are complaining about. The shoulder strap and handles seem pretty solid. I love this bag! No regrets! My wife loves hers. I have to say, the big bag and the small bag really aren't that much different in size, but the large can be a bit of an inconvenient length. You can't just set it on the seat in any direction. It has to go in the floor board and up into the seat, or in the back of my jeep. The length is awkward. I recommend the small unless you're trying to fit something specifically that length. Tough bag! Buy it once and be done. No more annual bag buying, and let's be honest, the barrel bags just don't lend themselves to being organized.

We had a similar experience with this bag and the outside strap breaking so it no longer will tighten and hold the Bo Staff. I called and spoke with customer service and they absolutely worked with me to resolve the issue. My boyfriend LOVES this bag and the company stepped up and sent a replacement bag. I appreciate the customer service and hope the next bag holds up!

It took about two months for the straps to break, for the front bo staff. The metal that holds the shoulder strap stretched and no longer will hold the strap. The velcro on the smaller straps became loose and no longer stay. This bag took a very little amount of time to start to show its wear. Do not buy this bag.
