sizing is strange if you are a woman
The first pair is bought were a size 7. the guide said they should fit a woman's 8 1/2 to women's 9.They did not fit. Had to return for an 8. Well made good for sparing. Light weight padded tongue. liking much better than the open bottomed foot guards. if you are a woman order up one size. Or find a place you can physically try them on, My daughter had the same problem

Fight pro shoes rock
Been using these for kickboxing bag work and sparring for the last 6 months. They are holding up great and the added cushion on the toes and tongue are great when you accidentally make contact with and elbow. The other students I spar with prefer getting kicked by these than bare feet. Great shoes, even holds up to heavy bag workouts 3 days a week.
