Don't. Save your money
Followed the instructions. The mouthguard folded in on itself and the kid had to unfold it. We boiled it a 2nd time. Now it looks deformed and one side is longer than the other, but for some reason the kid says "It works". I'll probably still look for a different mouthguard somewhere else.

This guard is simple to shape to fit. Quickly done and fits well. I’m back to order a spare because mine Is so comfortable.
