Not Worth It
I bought these for my bag work and grappling training for protection. I have only used them a few times and there is already a big tear on one of the fingers. The gel is not protective at all, the gloves just suffocate my hands, and they are hard to move freely in, they almost keep your hand in a fixed position. I do not recommend these for any type of training.
