Pain to put on but stays zippered
The Floor Saver was a pain to put on because it barely fits the base. It seems when they designed it, they measured the base but did not account for the fabric and add a few centimeters. It took me and another person an hour to put on because it was very difficult to get the zipper around the diameter of the base, but once we got past that we had no issues zipping the rest of it up. I recommend you have one person holding the base and another zipping. Now that the base is on, I'll never have to take it off and it stays put! The base also does a good job with stabilizing and keeping the bag in place. I use it on carpet, and my bag moves around a little when I punch and a lot if I use full-power kicks, but I think it's because I have the bag filled with water (in an apartment, planning to move soon). If it had pea gravel or sand in it, I would bet the weight would keep the base stable.
