  • All of Daneil Lee's instructions are excellent
If these DVDs were copied from his original videos you will have high-quality instructions. I became a student of Dr. Daniel Lee back in 1985 and because he lived in California and I in Pennslyvania i bought all his tapes. We would meet once a year together to refine my system. No greater instructor have I ever had than this man. His clarity of English and instructions was perfect. His friendship was and will be ever-lasting. No one could ever be sorry if you learned Tai Chi 108 long=form from his instructions. I am now 74 and still do the form two to three times a week. It has given me such great health whereby I have yet taken any prescriptions for the normal modalities we normally face as senior age. If your looking for balance take these lessons you won't regreat it.
