Making it through the year has been tough (COVID alone made 2020 enough of a challenge), but that doesn’t mean you quit. Even if that meant doing everything you could from home. That deserves recognition all on its own. But even more than that, the fact that you faced your challenges and conquered them during 2020 only adds to your achievements.
