The Focusmaster G-1000 is constructed of commercial grade steel, with the mainframe standing 6-feet tall and 12-inches wide. Made especially for martial arts, boxing, fitness and law enforcement, the G-1000 comes with three targets, with other targets available (sold separately). The Focusmaster mounts to the wall and floor and is ideal for practicing a wide range of punches, strikes and kicks, with adjustable targets to vary training and make it more realistic.
12" Deep x 6' Tall.
Comes with two super tension Spring Targets and one Straight-on Punch target.
Lock-in tumbler system makes changing targets a snap.

It doesn't replace the heavy bag
The product is just ok. Its quite costly when its just basically a new way to practice your punching method. 4 or 5 descent heavy bags are attainable from the cost of just one of these. It's a little lousy in rattling of the mitts and not sure how its going g to hold up. I already put lock tight on one screw that kept coming out. Not worth $1,000+
