 Oklahoma City, OK (April 12, 2010) –With a corporate
mission that centers on sharing the many benefits of combat sports with
the worldwide community, Century, LLC. was ecstatic when ABC’s Extreme
Makeover: Home Edition team asked for help rewarding a very deserving
family in Horry County, SC. Century, LLC. donated top of the line boxing
and MMA equipment to the Suggs family, including a best-selling speed
bag and platform, and items from the leather MMA sparring gear line,
Century Gold, including headgear, gloves, and a forearm shield.
Derrick and Amanda Suggs saved Amanda’s
brothers, James, Jacob, and Jordan, from being split up and sent to
foster care. They took them in to their already cramped house they lived
in with their two children, Mason and Walker. With a stretched budget
and no hope of moving into a larger house, the Suggs family was
struggling to accommodate the expanded family of seven in the small
house Derrick Suggs inherited from his grandfather when they got the
miracle they never expected. ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition
surprised the Suggs family with a huge crew of volunteers ready to build
the home of their dreams. The Century, LLC. boxing and MMA equipment
donation was part of a workout room the Extreme Makeover: Home Edition
crew created for the family member that had a passion for boxing,
seventeen year old Jacob.
