» Shipping Discounts:
Shipping discounts offered as a promotion through the website or as a promotion via offer code are limited. Oversized surcharges still apply to all applicable items. All shipping promotions advertised are based on UPS Ground delivery services within the continental United States unless otherwise stated in the promotion details.
» General Shipping:
We ship by UPS to the United States excluding Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii. We process order every hour between 6:45 a.m. and 7:45 p.m. If you order online before 1:45 p.m.CST, Monday through Friday, your order will ship the same day.
Orders placed Friday after 1:45 pm CST will ship the following Monday, including express orders. Shipping days do not include weekends or holidays.

Century ships to APO/FPO addresses via US Post Parcel Post. Parcel Post can not ship items over 70 lbs.

» Returns Policy:
New merchandise (not washed, worn, altered or soiled), suitable for resale, may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. If new merchandise is returned within 15-60 days of purchase, there is a 15% restocking charge; after 60 days, goods will not be accepted. No returns are accepted on custom items or clearance items.
To return any merchandise, customer needs to complete the exchange/return form on the backside of the packing slip that came with the shipment. Merchandise should be wrapped securely and returned via U.P.S., R.P.S., or insured parcel post. All merchandise sold as sets must be returned as sets. A credit will be issued by the original method of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges.
A check or money order for shipping and handling charges must accompany all exchanges. Merchandise, returned for exchange without a check or money order to cover shipping and handling, will be charged on customer's credit card or sent out COD with appropriate charges.

» Books and DVD:
Due to vendor requirements, books and DVD cannot be refunded or exchanged once the seal is broken. If a defect is discovered in the purchased book or DVD, it can be exchanged for the same title.
