» What is my order status?
If you registered at the time of ordering you can view the status of your order by logging in. Click on your name and view "Order History". Click on your latest order and view Order Status.

» Can I back order items?
We're sorry, at this time we are unable to take orders for items out of stock.

» Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted?
We're sorry, orders cannot be changed once they've been submitted. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we're unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that in the majority of cases our faster processing times work to your advantage.

» Can I order if I am located outside the United States?

And then fax us at 1-800-400-5485 a copy of two of the following proofs of business documents such as:

» Can I ship my order to a military destination?
Are you shipping to a Military address or a P.O box? CenturyMartialArts.com requires UPS for shipping so our site may not meet your needs , but please call 1-800-626-2787 to complete your order- we're excited to take care of you! Military – don’t forget to ask about our military discounts! Are you abroad with no phone? Email customerservice@centurymartialarts.com to arrange to complete your order.

» Will I find the same price on products ordering from the phone as I will online?

Once your order is received we will respond to your request with an order total that includes the merchandise cost and shipping charges. If all charges are acceptable to you, then you may respond with your payment information; we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover credit cards, or International Money Orders. Customer is responsible for payment of duties and /or taxes on all international orders.

» General Shipping:
We ship by UPS to the United States excluding Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii. We process order every hour between 6:45 a.m. and 7:45 p.m. If you order online before 1:45 p.m.CST, Monday through Friday, your order will ship the same day.

Orders placed Friday after 1:45 pm CST will ship the following Monday, including express orders. Shipping days do not include weekends or holidays.

» Additional Shipping Charges:
Add $20.00 to regular shipping charges for each Wavemaster, BOB, Versaflex. Add $45 for the Speed Bag Platform. Add $50 for each Wing Chun Dummy. Add $8.50 to total order for an order with Bos. Add $5 for each Sword, Shinais. Add $5 for each Training Mat or Puzzle Mat.

» Shipping to APO/AFO
Century ships to APO/FPO addresses via US Post Parcel Post. Parcel Post can not ship items over 70 lbs.

» Shipping Tracking Information:
If you provided your email address when placing your order, we'll send you an email with the tracking number(s) for your order when it is shipped. If you deleted or never received this email, please contact us and we'll be glad to provide you with tracking information. Or login to your online account and review your orders place online.

» Shipping Addresses:
Shipping information cannot be changed once your order has been submitted. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we process orders very quickly and we hope that in the majority of cases our faster processing times work to your advantage.

Returns Policy:
New merchandise (not washed, worn, altered or soiled), suitable for resale, may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. If new merchandise is returned within 15-60 days of purchase, there is a 15% restocking charge; after 60 days, goods will not be accepted. No returns are accepted on custom items or clearance items.

To return any merchandise, customer needs to complete the exchange/return form on the backside of the packing slip that came with the shipment. Merchandise should be wrapped securely and returned via U.P.S., R.P.S., or insured parcel post. All merchandise sold as sets must be returned as sets. A credit will be issued by the original method of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges.

A check or money order for shipping and handling charges must accompany all exchanges. Merchandise, returned for exchange without a check or money order to cover shipping and handling, will be charged on customer's credit card or sent out COD with appropriate charges.

» Books and DVD:

Due to vendor requirements, books and DVD cannot be refunded or exchanged once the seal is broken. If a defect is discovered in the purchased book or DVD, it can be exchanged for the same title.
